At Nutrition Valley, we ship your orders through trusted delivery partners. Once dispatched, we will share your tracking details via email/SMS. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working to expand our serviceable areas .
Note: Orders may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like regional lockdowns or natural calamities. We appreciate your patience and assure you we are committed to delivering your order as soon as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (AWB) within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns/exchanges for purchases made on www.nutritionvalley.in. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

The product is unused and in its original packaging.

The protective seal is intact and not tampered with.

The product is in a resalable condition.
Returns will not be accepted if:

The seal has been opened or broken.

The original contents have been removed or tampered with.

The reason is based on taste, flavour preference, or mild side effects (e.g., upset stomach, headache). We strongly recommend consulting a doctor before purchasing any supplement.
Upon approval of a valid return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Fraudulent or invalid returns will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item, wrong product, or your order is missing items:
